Client brief: To design an aesthetically appealing building that was flooded by natural light and captured the Sea breeze. They wanted modern renovation to reflect the beach side village atmosphere and ocean surroundings. I x 1 bedroom unit, 2 x 2 bedroom units, 1 x 3 bedroom residence. Veranda areas to take in the tireless view.

Design Features

Engineered Oak timber flooring through the upstairs units and polished concrete tiles have been used throughout the downstairs units. The upstairs units both have provisions for lift access at a later date. Custom built kitchens with stone bench tops throughout the complex, with the main upstairs unit boasting a handmade timber feature. The upstairs verandas have glass balustrade to provide uninterrupted ocean views. Powder coated aluminium privacy screens partition the units. Single car secured garaging with automatic door is provided with each unit
