We are so grateful for the amazing work of Sam and his team. Not only was this our first time building but also our first home so going in, the whole process seemed a little daunting. Our minds were quickly put at ease though as Sam took our ideas and created for us, a home that is perfectly true to what we envisioned.
Building brings with it a constant flow of big decisions (something we aren’t great with at the best of times) and Sam was so patient while we weighed up our options, often making very helpful and informative suggestions. Sam’s team were a delight to work with. Katie was so lovely to communicate with and the boys on site were always so friendly. Sam was always available to us to answer any questions or help with any concerns we had.
It is evident that Sam really does use the best trades in the local business as the quality of finish in all areas of our home is of the highest standard.

Because we could not be on site regularly, and having renovated previous houses ourselves, we were a bit apprehensive about giving so much control of a project to someone else, so the selection of a builder was a crucial decision.

I have been in my beautiful fully renovated home in Woolgoolga for close on a year, and it is like waking up on holidays every day thanks to ‘Build by the Sea’. I decided to make the Sea change from the country to be closer to family.
Plans were drawn up by my architect to renovate an older house on a tricky site, then the Search began to find a local builder who could accommodate me with a complex renovation, whilst I was out of town and some distance away.
