Build by the Sea is a family-owned and operated business in Woolgoolga that has been operating from Coffs Harbour to Red Rock over the past 40 years. It has grown from a small partnership to the company that can be seen today.
Sam Broomfield is Build by the Sea’s managing director. He is passionate about building and the building industry. Sam is currently the HIA Northern NSW Branch Committee Chair and also sits on the HIA Regional Executive Committee. This allows him to keep abreast of the ever-changing landscape of the industry.
Over the years, Sam has curated an experienced team of in-house carpenters and support staff. This enables our team to provide a consistent product that at the centre is quality. We encourage a safe workplace, clean sites, and timely communication with our contractors and clients.
Our team and contractors all live locally and are engaged in the community. We believe in developing trusting relationships with our clients and pride ourselves on maintaining long-lasting relationships, through the quality of our work and the quality of our interactions.
The team at Build by the Sea love working on custom builds. Whether this is transforming an existing home through renovation or building from scratch – our passion is in creating unique and personalised homes for our clients.
