This can include:

• Engaging Consultants for specialised reports
• Tendering and Appraisal
• Construction
• Post Construction Servicing

This allows us to offer an individualised and custom service.

Our design services include design drawings, consultation on construction methods, budgetary guidance, and advice on interior and exterior design selections.

Our designed and completed plans are yours to keep and Build by the Sea are open to you obtaining other tenders for comparison.

Build by the Sea prides itself in delivering clear and detailed figures for its appraisals and tenders. This enables you to make informed decisions in line with your design dreams and finances.

We have developed strong relationships with local services and are able to manage the preliminary processes involved in the planning of your build. This covers:

• Submission of plans to the relevant local Council
• Engineering reports requirements
• Geotech reports
• Town planning reports
• Building certification reports
• Bushfire assessment reports
• Any other requirement your project may entail.

Our tendering process takes between 4 to 6 weeks depending on your design and the complexity of the project.

To complete the appraisal, we require the following:

• Completed construction plans
• Any supporting requirements or consultant reports
• Your final interior and exterior design selections

We have an experienced team of in-house carpenters and support staff. This enables our team to provide a consistent product that at the centre, is quality. We encourage a safe workplace, clean sites, and coordinated communication with our contractors and clients.
